✧ It is important to note that there are specific dates for self-collection. Kindly bear in mind that our office is not a commercial store, hence there are allocated self-collection dates to adhere to. Please refer to our Schedule for self-collection dates.
✧ It is important to inform us via Instagram DM if you are coming down for self-collection at least 3 working days prior collection date. This allows us to have sufficient time to prepare and pack your items properly.
✧ We offer open box program which allows customers to safekeep their items with us temporarily, if they prefer toaccumulate purchases until they reach $100 or more to enjoy free shipping.
✧ Kindly select 'Open Box' prior check out if you wish to accumulate your purchases. Boxes can be opened for a maximum of 2 months.
✧ You may share your box with up to 2 other friends. Please inform us the address to send to.
✧ We will automatically close and deliver boxes of value $100 and/or above, after the 2 month mark.
✧ For boxes less than $100, we will send close box reminders which includes $5 shipping fee. Failure of payment upon third reminder would result in the release of all paid items.
